We want you to love every Khaninza piece. If something is not quite right, you have 30 days to send it back for a refund or exchange.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

How to Return

• Start online — visit your account and select the items to send back.
• Pack & label — print the return label and drop the parcel at any carrier.
• Get refunded — once received, we inspect and refund within 5–7 business days.

What is Eligible

Returnable: unworn pieces with tags and full-price items within 30 days.
Not returnable: final-sale items, gift cards, earrings/pins for hygiene reasons, and worn or washed pieces.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email care@khaninza.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement at no cost.
